      New clan rules

Skull&Bones is going to apply S2NC ruleset and come back active on sof2 1.00 since the mousetrap anticheats tool has been released.

Changes :

- From now on you will not be allowed to play a scrim/war with Skull&Bones tags if not using mousetrap.
- By playing a war for Skull&Bones you agree with the official S2NC ruleset and you must apply it. Any rule break will result in a suspension or a ban.
